Simulation

Within the edit mode, the simulation can be started by clicking on in the header area. In the simulation, dynamizations such as color change or visibility are activated and values of tags or alerts can be simulated. The simulation is ended by clicking on in the header area or paused when exiting edit mode.

Simulation of tag values

To simulate tag values, you first need to select one or more vizuals. The value can then be defined in the configuration area within a reference display. To do this, the simulation dialog must be opened using the button. In addition to tags, alerts can also be simulated. These are treated as logical tags during the simulation. The Stop simulation button in the simulation dialog is used to end the simulation of individual values.

Note: Dynamic visibility is also activated when the simulation is active. This can make the element appear invisible, but it remains selectable.
